10 places are open for young people who want to start a career in engineering, energy, construction, law, economics, marketing or project management in a company XEnergy:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from the Faculty of Civil Engineering – three candidates
- Bachelor's or Master's degree at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering – two candidates
- Bachelor's or Master's degree at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering – one candidate
- Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law – one candidate
- Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business – one candidate
- Bachelor's degree in graphic and multimedia design – one candidate

2. Meet the mentors
Your future mentors come from a variety of fields, from engineering and design, to communications and management, and are all experienced professionals in their fields.
Each of them is dedicated to sharing knowledge, experience and real insights from practice.
Tijana Bulatović – Executive Director XE d.o.o.
Tijana Bulatovic is an established leader in finance and operational management, with extensive experience in managing complex business systems, including more than 15 years of experience in retail, distribution and strategic management. As a member of the company's Board of Directors XEnergy, contributes to the development of business policies through analytical precision, systemic management and a strong focus on sustainable growth.
Vladan Bajagić – Commercial Director (CCO)
Vladan leads the Commercial Sector with the belief that true energy comes from people who learn and grow together. He is open to new thinking and loves it when young team members bring a fresh perspective to the world of energy, engineering and smart building.
Milena Filipović – Director of the Development Sector (CDO)
Milena is the driving force behind the development of our projects and new ideas. He passionately believes that development starts with curiosity and is happy to pass on knowledge to anyone who wants to understand how visions turn into concrete energy projects.
Milonja Dragović – Director of New Business Development (CBDO)
Milonja builds a bridge between technology, the market and people. If you are interested in how energy innovations turn into real projects, he is a mentor who will show you how business decisions can be both strategic and sustainable.
Srđan Laković – Head of Implementation and Supervision
Srdjan leads a team that turns the team's energy into infrastructure, from the idea to the completed project. He loves concrete challenges and hands-on work, so he will show you what engineering "in the field" means and why precision is the key to success.
Marta Dašić – Head of Technical Preparation and Design
Marta combines technical knowledge and creativity to ensure that each project is precisely planned and efficiently executed. She is an ideal mentor for those who want to learn how theory turns into project solutions that change the energy picture of Montenegro.
Dobrica Milić – Head of Sustainability, Marketing and Communications
Dobrica connects sustainability, brand and the human story behind every initiative in the company. If you're inspired by a blend of communication and social responsibility, you'll learn how to turn an idea into a message that drives a community.

Every Monday is an Open Day
- Mondays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- From 18 October to 18 November
From October 18 to November 18, we organize an Open Day for consultations every Monday, when you can express your expectations about the vocational training program and talk to our mentors.
We are open to visit, questions, or a joint tour of the locations of our ongoing projects. Let's plan a visit to the construction site.
4. We create your training plan
After a conversation with a mentor, we define your individual vocational training plan, activities and goals, in accordance with your academic background and affinities.

Applications for the Vocational Training Program will be open through the eGovernment portal from October 18 to November 18, and for a successful application it is necessary to have an activated electronic ID card (eLC). Detailed instructions on activation and registration are available on the website of the Government of Montenegro.
