Tijana Bulatovic is an established leader in finance and operational management, with extensive experience in managing complex business systems, including more than 15 years of experience in retail, distribution and strategic management. Since 2002, Siniša Ivanović has taken over the management of the company Sincommerce d.o.o., which today offers more than 40,000 items, represents over 40 global brands and employs more than 70 experts in this industry. This company is one of the leading distributors of spare parts for trucks, vans and commercial vehicles in Montenegro.
His leadership is marked by strategic modernization – including the establishment of the SCM VAN SERVICE specialized service for vans, the digitalization of the retail network, the implementation of ISO standards and the development of the team's technical competencies.

Prof. Dr. Milivoje Radović

Prof. Dr. Milivoje Radovic is a university professor and recognized expert in the labor market, public finance and economic policy, with more than three decades of academic and institutional experience. As a full professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Montenegro, he teaches Economics, Public Sector Economics and Labor Market.
In his professional career, he has held a number of key positions – from Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Head of Study Programs and Project Leaders, to Member of the Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro (2010–2018), where he contributed to the creation of policies aimed at macroeconomic stability and labor market development.
Radovic has participated in numerous national and international projects, including cooperation with the European Training Foundation (ETF) and the role of the leader of the PRSP team of the Government of Montenegro. He has been a guest lecturer at universities in France and the region, and his decades-long engagement in science, education and development policies makes him one of the most influential economists in the country.
