Since its inception in 2009 (under the name New Volvox), XEnergy has positioned itself as a market leader in the implementation of complex infrastructure projects and the distribution of products of high technical value. Many years of experience, technological expertise and strategic partnerships with global brands have contributed to our stable and continuous growth.
In line with its regional expansion strategy, the company has implemented a number of key steps:
- Acquisition of Strucon d.o.o. Sarajevo, which today operates under the name XElement d.o.o. and has offices in Sarajevo and Zagreb.
- Participation in the ownership structure Navitas d.o.o. BelgradeThis has further strengthened its presence in the Serbian market.
- Strategic partnership with the renowned international company Leitner, which recognized the long-term potential and became the owner of 20% of the capital in the company XEnergy, which further strengthened our technical and development capacities.
