Cmiljača – a modern winter center in the making
In order to develop mountain tourism and diversify the winter offer of Montenegro, an ambitious infrastructure project Cmiljača is being implemented - a new winter center that includes the construction of a modern folding six-seater cable car Z7, a system of ski slopes and accompanying facilities.
The 1,109-meter-long cable car with a height difference of 327 meters is designed for comfortable and efficient transport of skiers to the most attractive points of the ski resort. In addition to the cable car, the construction of a starting station with a restaurant, a ski rental center, a parking space for private and organized vehicles, as well as other facilities necessary for the functional and safe conduct of winter sports, is underway.
The new ski slopes with a total length of 3 kilometers and an area of 128,235 m² will provide an enviable capacity for recreational and sports activities. As part of the project, technical documentation for the installation of artificial snowmaking systems has also been prepared, which will ensure an extended season and greater reliability in terms of snow cover.
The Cmiljača project positions the north of Montenegro as a new point of interest for winter tourism enthusiasts and represents a significant step in the valorization of the country's natural resources and mountain infrastructure.
