XEnergy continues to systematically invest in the development of professional competencies of its team through the improvement of knowledge in the field of infrastructure project management according to international standards.
The company's engineers successfully completed a two-day specialized training "Management and Administration of FIDIC Contracts – Advanced Level", held on March 23–24, 2026 in Podgorica, organized by ACES (Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia).
The training was attended by:
- Mirjana Đukić, Chief Engineer of Supervision for the Construction Group of Jobs
- Saša Đurasović, Lead Engineer of Supervision for Electronics and Communications
- Marina Garović, Lead Engineer of Technical Preparation for the Construction Group of Jobs
- Vladimir Vukčević, Lead Engineer for Regulation and Compliance
The program encompassed advanced aspects of FIDIC contract management, with a focus on their practical application throughout the entire project lifecycle – from contracting and mobilization, through supervision and financial control, to the completion of works, claims management and dispute resolution.
Particular emphasis is placed on:
- A clear definition of the roles and responsibilities of the parties
- Effective Variation and Claims Management (Claim Management)
- Control of costs and dynamics of implementation
- Dispute prevention and resolution mechanisms
Upon completion of the training, participants are awarded certificates confirming the acquired knowledge and competencies.
