Podgorica, March 2025 — Company XEnergy d.o.o. Podgorica, has successfully renewed its international certifications for quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015), environmental protection (ISO 14001:2015) and occupational safety and health (ISO 45001:2018), thus confirming its commitment to the highest standards in all aspects of business.
The recertification audit conducted at the beginning of February by the international certification body RIGCERT covered the company's headquarters in Podgorica and field work on the construction site. The report states that XEnergy It has "an effective integrated management system that fully meets legal, contractual and regulatory requirements, as well as the expectations of stakeholders."
The company, whose activity includes trade, design and installation of equipment for construction, as well as engineering and energy, has particularly distinguished itself in the following areas:
- Identifying and managing risks and opportunities;
- Actively involving employees in health and safety issues;
- Managing aspects of environmental protection;
- Employee training and technical competence;
- Planning and responding to emergencies.
Continued support from top management has also been recognized, with clearly defined goals and policies of the management system, up-to-date documentation and consistent implementation of internal audits and management audits.
