Podgorica, 22 July 2025 – Within the framework of the corporate social responsibility program, the parent company XE Group XE Doo Podgorica In cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation of Montenegro, awarded its first scholarship – in the amount of 43,000 euros net – to the young talent Aleksa Damjanović, the winner of the bronze medal at the 57th International Film Festival. International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO 2025) and a future student of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Montenegro.
Supporting young people who push the boundaries of knowledge
A scholarship program that she initiated Company XE d.o.o., a member of our group, is focused on supporting pupils and students who win medals in international knowledge competitions. The aim of the program is to provide support to young people who represent the future of Montenegro through concrete investments in education and science.
"Our company has introduced a scholarship program to encourage excellence and provide support to those who represent Montenegro in the most beautiful way. Aleksa is the first recipient of our scholarship, and his work, effort and results deserve all respect and support for further scientific research," said Tijana Bulatovic, who signed the agreement with MPNI on behalf of the company.
At the award ceremony, the Minister of Education, Science and Innovation, Dr. Anđela Jakšić-Stojanović, praised the company's initiative XE d.o.o. and emphasized the importance of investing in young people as a key driver of progress in Montenegrin society:
"Every investment in excellent pupils and students is an investment in a better Montenegro. We are proud to work with XE d.o.o. and we believe that this program will be an example and encouragement to other companies."
Milivoje Radović, President of the Board of Directors of the University of Montenegro, also expressed his support and expressed his satisfaction that the scholarship winner decided to continue his education at the national university.
