Luxury hotel complex by the Great Beach – Holiday Villages Montenegro

The reconstruction and expansion of the Karisma Hotels & Resorts hotel complex in Ulcinj is one of the most important tourist investments in the south of Montenegro. The project, which was carried out by the company XEnergy d.o.o., includes a complete renovation of existing capacities and the construction of new hotel facilities within the Holiday Villages Montenegro brand, known for its high standards of service and family vacation concept.

The complex is located in the immediate vicinity of Velika plaža, one of the most attractive destinations on the Montenegrin coast. It consists of 257 modernly designed rooms, which combine comfort, functionality and an elegant interior, adapted to the requirements of modern travelers. Most of the rooms have a view of the Adriatic Sea, which further enhances the guest experience.

In addition to accommodation facilities, the hotel offers a variety of facilities including restaurants, spa and wellness zones, animation and recreation areas, as well as infrastructurally adapted facilities for families with children. The focus is on high energy efficiency and environmental standards, in accordance with the modern principles of sustainable tourism.

This investment aims to strengthen the offer in Ulcinj as a growing tourist destination, while extending the season and attracting guests from Central and Western Europe. Representatives of local self-government point out that the project has contributed to the creation of new jobs and greater international visibility of this part of the Montenegrin coast.
