B2B Sales Manager

About the position
XEnergy It develops and distributes electrical and installation systems through projects, wholesalers and partnerships with leading global brands. In accordance with the planned growth and expansion of the market, we are looking for a Sales Manager who will actively develop the B2B portfolio and lead sales activities in key segments: electrical materials, electrical accessories, HVAC systems and water supply and sewage.
The position implies direct work with investors, contractors, designers and installation companies, with a focus on the development of long-term relationships and increasing market share.
Responsibility
- Active management and development of sales in the B2B segment (investors, contractors, designers, public sector)
- Identifying new business opportunities and proactively opening markets
- Managing key accounts and building long-term partnerships
- Preparation and management of commercial offers, negotiations and contracts
- Participation in tenders and major projects (delivery and/or system solutions)
- Market segmentation and development of sales strategies by product categories
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics and technical teams for optimal implementation
- Monitoring the market, competition and industry trends
- Collection management and monitoring of receivables in cooperation with finance
- Participation in the definition of pricing policy, rebates and commercial models
- Reporting on sales results and plans (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Candidate profile
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or commercial, preferably in the following areas:
electrical materials, installations, energy, HVAC or construction sector - Experience working with B2B clients (investors, contractors, designers, public sector)
- University education (preferred: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy or Related)
- Understanding of technical products and installation systems
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take a proactive approach to sales
- Good knowledge of English
- Category B driver's license
Desirable competencies (preference)
- Experience in project sales or tender work
- Existing network of contacts in the industry (contractors, investors, designers)
- Understanding the electrical and installation materials market in the region
- Digital literacy and work with CRM/ERP systems
