Lead Engineer for Execution and Supervision – Civil Engineering (f/m)

About the position
In the company XEnergy You will coordinate activities in the segment of execution and supervision of construction works on complex, multidisciplinary projects. From preparation to as-built documentation, you will take care of quality, deadlines and budget, with the coordination of multiple teams and subcontractors.
Responsibility
- Technical management of the execution and supervision of several parallel projects;
- Coordination and control of the work of field engineers and subcontractors;
- Harmonization of processes with the project, regulations, quality standards and safety requirements;
- Control of quality, deadlines and costs; risk management and congestion management;
- Field technical controls and verification of compliance with the project and standards;
- Review/approval of technical documentation (methodologies, quality plan, reports, as-built documentation);
- Interdisciplinary coordination (energy, hydraulic engineering, telecom, electrical);
- Coordination of the supply of materials, equipment and tools (in cooperation with procurement/logistics);
- Regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly);
- Mentoring and raising the level of knowledge of younger engineers.
Profile
- Faculty of Civil Engineering (Civil Engineering; Constructions; Infrastructure; Management in the construction industry; Geotechnics; Energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and environmental impact) or equivalent;
- 5+ years of experience in execution and/or supervision (advantage: managing multiple construction sites and working on regional/international projects);
- Knowledge of regulations, quality standards and safety measures;
- Independent use of common office, drawing and planning tools;
- Mandatory license of a certified engineer for construction activities;
- Developed organizational and communication skills; proactive approach;
- English language – working written and oral communication;
- Category B driver's license; Willingness to work in the field.
