Construction and Supervision Engineer – Civil Engineering (f/m)

About the position
In the XEnergy To the Execution and Supervision Team, you will perform daily supervision related to the implementation of projects, in the company or on the construction site. From the preparation of works to the documentation of the as-built condition, you keep records, monitor compliance with the project and deadlines, and coordinate contractors, with mentoring support from a lead engineer and cooperation with teams from various fields.
Responsibility
- Daily supervision of works on the construction site and/or plants;
- Monitoring compliance with the project, specifications, deadlines and safety measures;
- Keeping a construction logbook, minutes and checklists; support for the preparation of as-built state documentation;
- Coordination with subcontractors and control teams (quality/safety) and surveyor;
- Control of receipt of materials/equipment (samples, certificates), monitoring of quantities and calculations;
- Identifying risks and operationally addressing technical challenges (technical issues/recommendations);
- Collecting technical data from the field and preparing regular reports;
- Collaborate with regional teams and share knowledge.
Profile
- Faculty of Civil Engineering (Civil Engineering; Constructions; Infrastructure; Management in the construction industry; Geotechnics; Energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and environmental impact) or equivalent;
- 1+ years of experience in performance and/or supervision (we also count seniority/practice);
- Knowledge of regulations and quality standards;
- Confidently navigating common office and drawing tools;
- Good organizational and communication skills; proactive approach;
- English language – working communication and reading specifications;
- Category B driver's license; Willingness to work in the field.
