About the position
In the company XEnergy You will coordinate technical preparation (TP) for construction projects. From the analysis of tenders and the needs of the contracting authority, through the development and optimization of technical specifications and cost estimates, to support the execution and supervision, you will provide solutions that are technically correct and cost-effective.
Responsibility
- Managing the TP process and harmonizing with regulations, projects and studies;
- Analysis of tenders and recommendations for participation; understanding the needs of users and proposing solutions;
- Preparation of technical specifications, estimates/estimates and cost estimates; optimization of the quality-price ratio;
- Coordination with designers, construction and supervision; professional support during the implementation;
- Participation in the selection of equipment and subcontractors; defining the technical requirements in the contracts;
- Planning resources and deadlines with planning tools; Cooperation with procurement and logistics;
- Technical consultations in negotiations with clients; On-demand sales support;
- Regular reporting and improvement of internal TP procedures;
- Mentoring TP engineers and exchanging best practices with regional teams.
Profile
- Faculty of Civil Engineering (Civil Engineering; Constructions; Infrastructure; Management in the construction industry; Geotechnics; Energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and environmental impact) or equivalent;
- 5+ years of experience in TP/commercial preparation/execution/supervision of construction projects;
- Mandatory license of a certified engineer for construction activities;
- Experience on international projects is desirable;
- Independent use of common office, drawing and planning tools;
- Excellent knowledge of regulations and quality standards; Developed organizational and communication skills;
- English (technical and commercial communication);
- Class B driver's license.
