Technical Preparation Engineer – Civil Engineering (f/m)

About the position
In the XEnergy With the technical preparation team, you will connect the idea and the construction site: you will analyze tenders and the needs of the client, prepare technical descriptions and estimates, and cooperate with designers, execution and supervision so that the projects are of high quality, cost-effective and completed on time.
Responsibility
- Analysis of tenders and requirements of the contracting authority; proposal of technical solutions;
- Preparation of technical specifications, estimates and estimates; searching for the best quality-price ratio;
- Harmonization of documentation with applicable regulations, projects and studies; preparation of documentation for contracting;
- Close cooperation with the construction site and supervision; If necessary, go to the field.
- Participation in the selection of equipment and subcontractors; tracking deadlines and deliveries;
- Technical support for sales and communication with clients; monitoring the market and new solutions.
Profile
- Faculty of Civil Engineering (Civil Engineering; Constructions; Infrastructure; Management in the construction industry; Geotechnics; Energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and environmental impact) or equivalent;
- 1+ years of experience in technical preparation/execution/supervision (we also count internship/practice);
- Confidently navigating common office and drawing tools;
- Understanding regulations and project documentation; good organization and communication;
- English at the level of working communication;
- Class B driver's license.
