Execution and Supervision Engineer – Energy (f/m)

About the position
In the XEnergy You take on an important role in the field of execution and supervision of electric power projects. You will monitor the course of works from preparation to documentation of the as-built state, you will coordinate the activities of contractors, keep records and take care of safety, quality of performed works and compliance with deadlines.
Responsibility
- Direct supervision of works on plants and/or in the field; compliance with the project, specifications and deadlines;
- Coordinating contractors and collaborating with on-site teams;
- Keeping a construction logbook, minutes and checklists; assistance in the preparation of as-built state documentation;
- Control of receipt of materials and equipment; monitoring of quantities and calculations;
- Participation in testing and commissioning (functional and protective testing, factory and acceptance testing of equipment);
- Timely identification of risks and suggestions for improvements;
- Use of modern digital tools to monitor quality, deadlines and costs;
- Compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection measures;
- Participation in the maintenance of quality system standards;
- Regular reporting to the Head of Execution and Supervision and the Director of the Sector (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).
Profile
- VSS Faculty of Electrical Engineering (Power Engineering/Automation/Electronics) or equivalent;
- 1+ years of experience in performing and/or supervising electrical works (including seniority/practice);
- Independent reading of schemes and project documentation;
- Confidently navigating common office and drawing tools; basic planning of deadlines;
- English at the level of working communication;
- Category B driver's license; Willingness to work in the field.
