Lead Engineer for Execution and Supervision – Mechanical Engineering and Automation (f/m)

About the position
In the company XEnergy You will coordinate the execution and supervision of mechanical systems on demanding projects (buildings, industry, infrastructure). From the preparation of works to the documentation of the as-built condition, your role is to ensure quality, compliance with deadlines and budgets, and the cooperation of teams and subcontractors.
Responsibility
- Technical management of several construction sites in parallel; resource planning and deadline tracking;
- Coordination of the work of field engineers and subcontractors; daily quality and safety controls;
- Supervision of the installation of mechanical installations and equipment;
- Organization and supervision of testing and commissioning (hydraulic tests, flushing/cleaning, adjustment and balance, test operation);
- Verification of technical documentation and "as-built condition"; keeping reports and minutes;
- Cooperation with design and technical preparation; Addressing technical and organizational challenges.
- Coordination of procurement and logistics on the construction site; cost management;
- Mentoring junior engineers and sharing good practices in regional teams.
Profile
- Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Engineering; Road traffic; Mechatronics; energy efficiency (or equivalent);
- 5+ years of experience in performing/supervising;
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer License (in accordance with local regulations).
- Proven management of construction sites and subcontractors; excellent reading of technical drawings and models;
- Reliable use of common office, drawing and planning tools;
- Knowledge of regulations and standards of quality and safety;
- English at the level of working communication;
- Category B driver's license;
- Willingness to work in the field.
