Lead Engineer of Technical Preparation – Mechanical Engineering and Automation (f/m)

About the position
In the company XEnergy You will coordinate work in the segment of technical preparation (TP) of mechanical and automation projects from the idea to the construction site. Your task is to define clear technical requirements, cost estimates and deadlines, ensure the best quality-price ratio and provide professional support during implementation.
Responsibility
- Management of TP processes and compliance with regulations and projects;
- Analysis of the needs of the contracting authority and tender; proposal of optimal technical solutions;
- Preparation of technical specifications, estimates/estimates and cost estimates; optimization of solutions (quality-price);
- Coordination with design, construction and supervision; support in the field as needed;
- Participation in the selection of equipment and subcontractors; defining the technical terms of the contracts;
- Planning resources and deadlines; Cooperation with procurement and logistics;
- Technical support for sales and negotiations with clients;
- Reporting, improvement of internal procedures and mentoring of TP engineers;
- Collaborate with regional teams and exchange good practices.
Profile
- Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Engineering; Road traffic; Mechatronics; energy efficiency (or equivalent);
- 5+ years in TP;
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer License (in accordance with local regulations).
- Excellent reading of technical drawings and models; systematic and accurate documentation;
- Independent use of common office, drawing and planning tools;
- Knowledge of regulations and quality standards; strong organizational and communication skills;
- English at the level of advanced work communication;
- Class B driver's license.
